Returns and Exchanges
At regenwristglow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handmade greeting cards. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We offer a voluntary 14-day change-of-mind return policy. Additionally, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law if products are faulty, not as described, or do not meet consumer guarantees.
Change of Mind Returns
For change-of-mind returns (voluntary returns), items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging if applicable
- Returned within 14 days of purchase
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Change-of-mind returns are at your cost unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty Products and Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to:
- A refund, replacement, or repair (at our discretion)
- Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
These rights apply regardless of any voluntary return policy and are not limited to 14 days. Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty product.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us at connectuse@regenwristglow.world with your order details
- We will provide return instructions and authorization
- Ship the item to our address: Unit 14/32-38 Belmore Rd North, Punchbowl NSW 2196, Australia
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. For faulty products or products that do not meet consumer guarantees, we will refund all costs including original shipping.
Refunds will be processed in Australian dollars (AUD) to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective greeting card, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Custom-made greeting cards are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns due to their personalised nature. However, if a custom order does not match the agreed specifications or is faulty, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please review custom order details carefully before confirming your purchase. We will provide a proof or sample for approval before final production where possible.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
